Skye Air to showcase drones at Dubai Air Show
The five-day event attracts over 1,200 exhibitors from 148 countries at the Dubai World Central from November 14 to 18, 2021

Hyderabad: India-based drone delivery tech startup, Skye Air, becomes first company from India to showcase indigenously built drones at an international event such as Dubai Air Show starting from November 14, 2021. The company will be exhibiting its cutting-edge technology.
The company will be exhibiting its flagship "Skye Air One". It is a Multicopter with a load carrying capacity of 5 kg with speed of 40km/hour. The operational range will be 20km.
"We are glad to exhibit our powerful UAV and operational experience of 700+ deliveries done in India in just 5 weeks, at the Dubai Air Show. The models that we will be showcasing are characterised by high performance as well as ease of use, Swapnik Jakkampudi, Co-founder Skye Air said.
"It's nice to participate in an international event where the role of startups and entrepreneurs will be centre stage. Also, as we want to be a global player this is a great opportunity for us to showcase our technology and expertise," Jakkampudi added.
The five-day Dubai Air Show attracts over 1,200 exhibitors from 148 countries at the Dubai World Central from November 14 to 18, 2021. In addition, more than 160 aircraft from leading manufacturers and airlines will be on static display while 80-plus startups and 20 country pavilions, including five new participants namely Brazil, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Israel will also be a part of the 17th edition of the show.
